EARMA Conference 2026

The EARMA Annual Conference 2026 will be held in Utrecht, the Netherlands, from 5-7 May 2026.

As the premier event for the research management and administration community in Europe, the EARMA Conference brings together professionals from across the globe to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and strengthen international collaboration.

The theme for the EARMA Conference Utrecht 2026 is “Empowering Research Managers and Administrators as Leaders for Impact”. Through this lens, we will explore and celebrate leadership at all levels, highlighting the essential role RMAs play in shaping the future of research.
